February 2012: The development for Stage I is now close to completion with titles due in the first three weeks of April 2012. There have now been 17 sections sold to individuals and spec builders. May 2011: Stop Press!! The developers of Cambridge Park are excited to announce that the first sod will be turned in this unique residential development in early June 2011. Titles will be available on or before the 31st of March 2012. Sections are available for sale in stage 1A NOW!! There have been 9 sales to date and interest in the development continues to grow.

August 2010: Due to the Vendors receiving a reduction in construction costs they have agreed to pass the savings on to their clients through this offer. June 2010: A scale model of Cambridge Park is now available to view at the Cambridge Real Estate office, 47 Alpha Street, Cambridge.
May 2010: Sections in Stage 1a of Cambridge Park are now on the market with prices and covenants available. Cambridge Real Estate have started the marketing campaign for Cambridge Park with Radio and Newspaper advertising. A model is currently being built to be displayed in the Cambridge Real Estate office. The sections are now pegged in stage 1a, so prospective purchasers can identify clearly.
